I ordered from Cecil and Lou the outfit turned out nicer than I expected. The stitching is really neat, the seams feel strong, and nothing looked loose or rushed. It also held up well after washing, which was a relief. That said, after I made the payment, I did feel a bit unsure and started wondering if everything was legit until the order actually arrived. In the end, I’m happy with the outfit, but that waiting period after paying made me a little uneasy

My order from cecilandlou arrived packed really nicely. No smashed corners, no sloppy tape, and everything felt clean and secure. I also appreciated that it was easy to open without being overpacked. It’s a small thing, but it made the order feel cared for. To me, that kind of attention shows respect for the customer and pride in doing things the right way.

I ordered from Cecil and Lou because their prices were better than the other places I looked at, and they had a promo running too. some of the other sites were charging dumb prices, so this felt like the smarter move. Happy with what I paid and glad I didn’t get ripped off by those jokers.

Not the worst experience ever, but definitely left me wondering if they care more about getting paid than taking care of customers

My order was really cute when it finally arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little disappointing having to wait. Overall, I’d say it was fine, but I’m not sure I’d rush to order again unless I wasn’t in a hurry.

I ordered a personalized outfit and while the outfit itself was really cute, the embroidery just wasn’t as clean as I expected. The name looked a bit uneven and not totally centered like it did in the photos, which was frustrating considering the price.

I’ve ordered from cecilandlou a couple of times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. The inventory has been better than I expected, honestly. Most of the outfits I was looking at were actually in stock, which is always a relief because I’ve run into other kids’ clothing sites where everything looks available until you try to buy it. Maybe I just got lucky, but it was nice. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because some sizes seem to sell out quickly, especially in the really cute prints. I had to choose a backup once, which was a little disappointing, although I guess that probably happens anywhere with popular items. The site itself is easy enough to use, and there’s usually a decent amount to pick from. I’d order again, I think, I just might not wait too long if I see something I really like.

I ordered a dress from Cecil and Lou and ended up needing to exchange it for a bigger size. The process wasn’t too bad, actually, it was straightforward once I followed the steps and sent it back. Customer service got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and helped me figure out the new size. The return shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the exchanged dress fit much better. Overall, I’m happy with it, I just wish the whole exchange had moved a bit faster
